1.BOOKING CONFIRMATION
1.1 A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 20% IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING
1.2 FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.
1.3 IF THE PAYMENT IN FULL IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE VALLEE AND BOWE WILL CONSIDER IT A CANCELLATION PLEASE SEE SECTION 2.
1.4 BY CONFIRMING THE BOOKING AND PAYING DEPOSIT THE HIRER IS AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
2. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO BOOKING
2.1 BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
2.2 CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BOOKED EVENT THE HIRER IS LIABLE FOR FULL BOOKING FEE
2.3 THE BOOKING FEE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF ANY DETAILS OF THE BOOKING CHANGE. ANY CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.4 ANY ADDITIONAL HOURS REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF EVENT WILL BE CHANGED AT $200 P/H
3. EVENT LOCATION AND ACCESS
3.1 IF THE EVENT IS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO OBTAIN RELEVANT PERMISSION FROM COUNCIL.
3.2 IF THE EVENT IS ON PRIVATE LAND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING PERMISSION FROM THE PROPRIETOR
3.3 THE HIRER MUST PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE VENUE MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS PRIOR TO SERVICE START TIME. THE DESIRED LOCATION MUST BE A FLAT SURFACE OF 6.3M LONG X 2.35 WIDTH X 2.6 HEIGHT
3.4 THE HIRER MUST INFORM US OF ANY DIRT ROADS, TIGHT TURNS, LOW BRIDGES OR ANY OBSTACLES EXPERIENCED BY THE TOW VEHICLE AND CARAVAN COMBINED. THIS WILL PREVENT DELAYS AND ENSURE ADEQUATE TIME ALLOCATED FOR TRAVEL.
4. ALCOHOL
4.1 THE HIRER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ALL ALCOHOL, MIXERS AND SOFT DRINKS FOR YOUR SERVICE. THE ALCOHOL IS TO BE SERVED BY THE RSA STAFF ONLY.
4.2 WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO UNDERAGE OR INTOXICATED PEOPLE
4.3 THE HIRER IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE PRE-CHILLED ALCOHOL ONCE WE ARE ON SITE
4.4 WE WILL USE DISPOSABLE CUPS FOR THE 30MINUTES PRIOR TO CLOSING DOWN SERVICE THIS IS TO ENSURE WE CAN COLLECT ALL GLASSWARE.
5. WEATHER
5.1 THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS AND ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER
5.2 WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS IN THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER.
6. PHOTOS & MARKETING
6.1 THE HIRER GIVES PERMISSION FOR ANY PHOTOS/VIDEOS OR OTHER RECORDING MEDIA IN WHICH OUR EQUIPMENT “VALLEE & BOWE” IS IN, OR A PART OF.
6.2 WE WILL REMOVE ANY MEDIA IF REQUESTED IN WRITING
7. DAMAGES
7.1 ANY BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE TO VALLEE & BOWE’S BELONGINGS INFLICTED BY A GUEST AT YOUR EVENT WILL BE THE HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITY. THE REPAIR WILL BE PASSED ONTO YOU
7.2 GLASSWARE BREAKAGES WILL BE CHARGED $5 PER GLASS AND BE PAYABLE WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER EVENT.
8. POWER
8.1 WE REQUIRE POWER FOR FRIDGES, LIGHTS ETC AND IT IS THE HIRER RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE POWER
8.2 IF POWER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE AT THE VENUE WE HAVE A GENERATOR THAT WE CAN PROVIDE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $90.
9. RUBBISH
9.1 THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF ALL RUBBISH AND RECYCLING AT THE END OF THE EVENT. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ORGANISE RUBBISH THROUGHOUT THE EVENT IN PROVIDED BINS.

1. TERMS USED IN THIS DOCUMENT SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING MEANINGS
A) HIRER – THE PERSON BOOKING OUR SERVICE
B) BOOKING FEE – THE FEE NOTIFIED TO YOU BY US FOR THE BOOKING
C) REFERENCES TO “US”, “WE” AND/OR “OUR” IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MEANS THE OWNER OF “VALLEE & BOWE”
